Our school library is a valuable resource center that promotes reading, research, and learning. To ensure a smooth and disciplined experience, students must follow these library rules and regulations:
a.) Library cards are non-transferable and should only be used by the assigned student.
b.) Students are allowed to borrow books for personal use only and must not lend them to others.
c.) Before borrowing, students must check the book's condition and report any damage to the librarian. Any loss or damage will have to be compensated by the student.
d.) Books should be handled with care and returned in good condition.
a.) Each student can borrow one book for 15 days. If there is no request for the same book, it may be renewed for another 15 days. However, the librarian may recall the book if needed.
b.) Books must be returned by the due date. A fine of ₹1 per day, per book will be charged for late returns.
c.) Lost books must be replaced with a new copy or paid for at the current market price.
d.) In case of a lost library card, a new card will be issued upon payment of ₹30.
e.) Students must return their library cards at the end of the academic year (last day of the session).
a.) The library is open on Saturdays during class hours (10:30 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.). Or As per Timetable.
b.) Students can access the library as per their assigned time slots in the school timetable.
