a.) All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
b.) Tuition fees are charged for twelve months, from April 20XX to March 20XX.
c.) Fees for a particular month must be paid in advance by the scheduled due date. Late payments will incur a fine as per the school’s late fee policy.
d.) Fees for long vacations (Summer & Puja holidays) must be cleared before the commencement of holidays. The same rule applies to fees during examination periods.
e.) If required, parents may be asked to produce the Acknowledgement Card and the fee payment receipt issued to them.
f.) All fee payments must be made directly at the school office or online through NEFT /QR code in the school account only. Cheque payments will not be accepted.
g.) Students with outstanding dues may not be allowed to attend classes, appear for public examinations, or participate in school activities.
h.) The Acknowledgement Card must be carefully preserved. If lost, a duplicate card will be issued upon payment of ₹100/-.
i.) Fee payment timings: Fees should be paid between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on working days.
j.) Payment will not be accepted unless the Acknowledgement Card is presented at the school’s cash counter.
a.) Up to the due date (as per the School Calendar of the current month): No Late Fine
b.) After the due date:
i.) 1st following month – ₹20/-
ii.) 2nd following month – ₹30/-
a.) Students with fees unpaid for three consecutive months may be asked to discontinue.
b.) No student will be permitted to begin a new academic term unless all previous dues are cleared before the start of the session.
