Admission Process Flowchart (Nursery to Class VIII)

• Collection of Admission Kit
  • Parents/guardians collect the Admission Kit from the school office or download it from the school website.
  • The kit includes the application form, prospectus, and admission guidelines.
• Confirmation of Admission Test (As per Schedule)
  • Parents confirm the admission test date as per the school’s schedule.
  • For Nursery and lower classes, an interaction session may be conducted instead of a test.
• Admission Test
  • Students appear for the admission test (Except Nursery) on the scheduled date.
  • The test evaluates basic subject knowledge and aptitude.
• Result Declaration & Counseling
  • Results are announced on that day or as per the school’s timeline.
  • Parents may be called for a counseling session to discuss the child’s performance and school policies.
• Selection List
  • The final selection list of students is published on the school notice board and website.
  • Parents receive confirmation regarding their child’s selection.
• Document Verification
  • Parents submit required documents for verification (Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Report Card, Address Proof, ID Proof, Passport-size Photos, etc.).
• Submission of Admission Form
  • The completed admission form, along with necessary documents, is submitted to the school office.
• Admission Confirmation & Payment of Fees
  • Parents complete the fee payment process as per the school's guidelines.
  • Admission is confirmed upon successful payment and document submission.
  • The student receives their admission number and school credentials.
