General Rules and Regulations

i.) Administration & Management

a.) The administration of the school is under the ultimate responsibility of the Managing Trustee of THE CARE FOUNDATION (Reg. No. IV00057/2014), registered under the Indian Trust Act and recognized under Section 12AA (1)(b)(i) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, Government of India. The Trust functions as a Charitable and Educational Trust, dedicated to the holistic development of students.

b.) The Managing Committee supervises the administration, progress, and overall development of the school. The Principal and Staff are responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the school.

c.) All enquiries regarding school administration or routine matters should be directed to the Principal in the first instance.

ii.) Communication & Parental Engagement

a.) Parents are not permitted to directly communicate with any staff member regarding academic or administrative matters. All concerns must be addressed to the Principal.

b.) The school reserves the right to modify, add, or repeal any rules and regulations as deemed necessary. However, any significant changes will be communicated to parents/guardians.

c.) Parents with complaints, suggestions, or recommendations are encouraged to meet the Principal by scheduling an appointment via letter, email, or phone.

d.) Appointments with the Principal/Head of Institution should be pre-arranged through the school office.

iii.) School Security & Discipline

a.) Meeting or calling students during class hours is strictly prohibited without prior permission from the Head of the Institution.

b.) The school takes every precaution to ensure the safety of all children. However, it will not be held responsible for any accidents, damages, charges, or costs incurred during school hours, excursions, or extracurricular activities.

c.) All students must wear the prescribed school uniform at all times.

d.)Students are expected to be neatly dressed. Uniforms should be well-maintained and not be faded, worn-out, or shabby.

iv.) Jewelry Policy:

a.)Ear-rings are not allowed. However, if ears are pierced, only small fine gold or silver rings may be worn.

b.)No other jewelry (including bracelets, chains, or anklets) is permitted.

v.) Shoes Policy:

a.)Pointed-toe shoes, elevator shoes, or very high heels are strictly prohibited.

vi.) Electronic gadgets:

The following items are strictly prohibited within the school premises:

a.) Electronic gadgets such as mobiles, smartwatches, tablets, Walkmans, and other similar devices.

b.) Expensive accessories, valuables, or excessive cash.

c.) Unapproved books, magazines, or materials unrelated to schoolwork.

vii.) Language Policy:

To maintain a strong English-speaking environment, it is mandatory for all learners, academic staff, and office staff to communicate exclusively in English within the school campus.

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in appropriate corrective measures to ensure compliance and reinforce the importance of English proficiency.

viii.) Health & Medical Facilities

The school has a well-equipped infirmary with a structured preventive medical inspection program, as outlined in the school’s year planner.

ix.) Code of Conduct for Students:

a.) Students must maintain discipline, respect, and decorum within the school premises.

b.) Unruly behavior, bullying, and misconduct will result in strict disciplinary action.

c.) Punctuality and regular attendance are mandatory. Absences must be informed in writing by parents/guardians.

d.) The school expects students to develop a sense of responsibility towards academics, co-curricular activities, and personal conduct.
