General Admission Examination Guidelines

  • Examination Timing:
    • Reporting Time: 11:45 AM
    • Exam Start Time: 12:00 Noon
  • Examination Instructions:
    • Candidates must carry their admit card to appear for the examination.
    • Prep-I to Class VIII admission test papers will be composite question papers.
    • Candidates must bring only a pencil and pen. Answer sheets will be provided by the school.
    • No need to bring tiffin. The school will provide snacks to students on the admission test day.
    • Once the admission date is fixed, it will not be changed under any circumstances.
    • Answer sheets will be preserved in the student’s logbook for future reference.
    • If a candidate fails to qualify, they cannot reappear for the same class in the same session.
    • The school’s decision regarding admission is final and binding.

Documents Required for Admission (Nursery to Class VIII)

Parents / guardians must ensure that the following documents are submitted during the admission process. Admission will be confirmed only after verification and payment of fees within the stipulated time.

  • Transfer Certificate (TC) – Required for students transferring from another school.
  • Birth Certificate – A copy of the student’s birth certificate as proof of age.
  • Student’s Aadhar Card (if available) – A photocopy of the Aadhar card.
  • Parents’ Aadhar Card – A photocopy of the Aadhar card of both parents/guardians.
  • Progress Report – A copy of the last progress report (if applicable).
  • Blood Group Report – A photocopy of the student’s blood group report.
  • Medical Certificate – Required only in case of special medical conditions.
  • Fully Signed Admission Form – The admission form must be duly filled and signed by the parent/guardian.
  • Payment of Fees – Admission will be confirmed only after the payment of fees within the stipulated time.
