Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM)
We believe in fostering strong communication between parents and teachers to ensure the best academic and personal development of our students. Our Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) are scheduled at key points throughout the academic session to provide valuable feedback and discuss students' progress.
PTM Schedule:
Pre-1st Semester PTM: Academic feedback session to discuss students' progress and areas of improvement.
1st Semester PTM: Academic results discussion based on semester assessments.
Pre-2nd Semester PTM: Academic feedback session for continued progress tracking.
2nd Semester PTM: Academic results discussion for year-end performance review.
Open House (End of Session): An interactive session with school management to review the overall academic year, share feedback, and discuss future plans.
These meetings serve as an essential platform for collaboration between teachers and parents, ensuring that each child receives the necessary support for their growth and success. We encourage all parents to actively participate in PTMs to stay informed about their child's academic journey.
